I have been managing a gift shop for over 3 years now. There are four salesgirls that are working there full time, during the past holiday season I had to hire a new salesgirl to help out for the Christmas rush. I must of interviewed about ten girls and the girl who I finally hired for the job was a shy Italian girl named Dina who was desperate to work and willing to work overtime if necessary.
